As a Jacksonville Beach Realtor I keep an eye on what’s happening in the greater Jacksonville area. Being recognized as a Jacksonville Beach Best Realtor is nice, but I keep working harder to keep up with what’s happening in the marketplace.

For example, recently the market for any real estate near the beach, especially Jacksonville Beach oceanfront condos and Ponte Vedra real estate and other properties, have become an undervalued and overlooked commodity. Although there are signs that people are starting to buy, it’s clear the most needed item for most people is information.

People want to know what are the options and is this the best time to purchase a home. My answer is there is no better time to begin the search for a home. When speaking specifically about Jacksonville Beach, oceanfront and waterfront homes are a very solid value these days.

My fear is that hesitation will cost those who wait and try to “time” the market.  The best strategy is to make a decision and list what you want in a house and modify your list until it fits your lifestyle. At that point it’s time to go shopping.
