You need to contact a realtor to see exactly how much you could sell your mobile home for. If you can’t sell it try to rent it out. Last resort you could bail and you will have a foreclosure on your credit report.
Make Money Twice
You should be able to sell it quick (short sale, or pre-foreclosure sale). You know if you leave, the bank will just take the property back and sell it as bank owned property. Consequences are your credit will be damaged and you may not be able to purchase another home right away.
